Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
We know taking the first step can feel daunting. Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive.
Still have questions? Contact usYes — absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. Everything you share in your sessions remains strictly private. The only exceptions are situations where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or where we are legally required to disclose information. These exceptions will always be explained to you clearly in your first session.
Your first session is a gentle, no-pressure conversation. Victoria will take time to understand what has brought you to counselling, your background, and what you are hoping to achieve. It is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for the process. There is no expectation to share more than you are comfortable with — we move entirely at your pace.
Each session runs for 50 minutes. This gives us enough time to explore what is on your mind, work through strategies, and close the session thoughtfully. Sessions are available Monday to Friday, by appointment only.
Yes! We offer secure, confidential Telehealth sessions via video call for clients who prefer to connect from the comfort of their own home, or who are unable to attend in person. Online sessions are just as effective as face-to-face appointments and are available during the same hours.
Individual counselling sessions are $160 per 50-minute session. We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Please contact us if you have any questions about fees or payment options — we are happy to have an open conversation.
Yes. We offer compassionate, non-judgmental counselling for individuals navigating substance use and addiction challenges. We understand that substance use is often connected to deeper emotional pain, trauma, or unmet needs — and our approach addresses the whole person, not just the behaviour. Sessions are completely confidential, and there is no pressure or judgment. If you are unsure whether this service is right for you, please reach out and we can have a conversation.
